Cancellation and Refund Procedures

Return Conditions:

The product you wish to return must be sent back within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the locked packaging is unopened and in its original packaging.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.

The invoice sent with the product must also be sent back for return.

Returns of damaged, unpacked, torn, used or crushed products during return are not accepted.

Shipping Fee and Return Procedure:

The cost of cargo shipments made without notifying thesnackhaus.com belongs to the member. If a return or exchange is sent by a cargo company other than the cargo company we work with, the shipping fee cannot be covered by us.

Return or exchange requests should only be made by contacting thesnackhaus.com.

Return requests must be notified to thesnackhaus.com and shipped to Haus Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.

Within 7 days following the receipt of the invoice and products, thesnackhaus.com takes the necessary actions to refund the product price to the customer's credit card or account. thesnackhaus.com is not responsible for bank-related problems in the return of the product price.

General Return Conditions:

Returns must be made with the original packaging.

It is not possible to return disposable products and products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

Return Procedures:

After we receive the products you wish to return, the return process is initiated. This process may take 3 to 7 days. The returns department will contact you after the inspection and perform one of the processes of sending a new product, refunding money or creating a gift voucher according to your preference.

1- Wrong Delivery Address:

Your orders are tried to be delivered a second time by the cargo company in case you are not at the delivery address you have given.

If your delivery address is incorrect or the recipient is not present at the address, your package is taken to the nearest cargo branch and the address is requested to be corrected by calling the cargo company officials by phone. If your new address is within the same city, your package will be delivered to your new address free of charge.

If the cargo company officials cannot reach you by phone, you will be contacted by using the phone, fax and e-mail channels provided by our company's customer service and the address information will be requested to be corrected.

If you cannot be reached for three days, the products will be sent back to our warehouse. If you still cannot be reached, the service fee of 20 TL excluding VAT will be deducted from the amount you paid and added to your credit balance.

Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the time it takes to correct the incorrect delivery address.

2- Incomplete or Incorrect Product Delivery:

In the event that a missing or different product is delivered in your order, you must make a record in the witness of the cargo employee when receiving the package. The report must be signed by you and the cargo personnel, indicating whether the package you received has been opened or not.

Missing products will be supplied with your other order and sent to your address free of charge.

If the missing products are not delivered after the cargo personnel leaves, you will lose your right to return all products if you do not report this situation to our company.

3- Damaged Product Delivery:

If the delivered product is visibly damaged, you must record the situation in the report witnessed by the cargo personnel when receiving the package. The report must be signed by you and the delivery person, indicating whether the package you received was opened or not.

You may return the damaged product together with the invoice directly to the delivery person. An equivalent of the damaged product will be obtained as soon as possible and sent to your address by us.

If you receive other products other than the damaged product and after the delivery person leaves, you will lose your right to return all products.

The products sold on our site are guaranteed under the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulations on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts.
